Head of Fundraising

0.6 FTE (22.5 hours) – flexible working – c£48k FTE

We’re looking for a Head of Fundraising to oversee our voluntary income and bring in funds to help us achieve our ambitious goals. We are a community development, leadership training and youth work charity, serving as the umbrella organisation for a network of Jewish communities in London and across the UK. We enable our teams of rabbis, community leaders and youth workers to support over 6000 community members and young people.

You’ll be a valued part of a dynamic, growing organisation and a welcoming, inclusive and collaborative team. We have a flexible, family-friendly working environment – flexible hours and options for in-person and remote working are the norm. You’ll be working with us to fund projects including expanding access to youth work, summer camps and leadership training for young people, community organising courses for volunteer leaders, LGBT+ and racial inclusivity training for community leaders and exciting Jewish educational programmes to connect people to their culture and heritage.

As Head of Fundraising you’ll work with current and potential major donors, lead on the creation of annual giving events and campaigns and work with colleagues in grant applications and community fundraising.
