Noam alumni, young adult network and fundraising officer 

We’re looking for a creative, dynamic individual to grow and develop networks for alumni of Noam (Masorti Youth) and other young adults connected with Masorti Judaism. You’ll…  

  • Build up our database and strengthen the network’s online presence 
  • Develop relationships through listening campaigns and one-to-one meetings 
  • Co-create innovative, engaging events in partnership with young people and Masorti rabbis 

You’ll also work with our movement worker team to engage the alumni network and wider Noam community in effective fundraising campaigns and events.  

If you’re committed to pluralistic, inclusive Jewish community life, have a background in community organising, campaigning, youth work or education, have the capacity for innovative, creative thinking, and have first-rate relationship-building and communication skills, you could be a great fit for this exciting role.

Practical details: Salary £23-25k. Full time, flexible hours, some evening and weekend work required. Anticipated start date: September 2021. 5% employer’s pension contribution plus life and incapacity insurance. Based at our north London office with flexible and home-working options.
