Rabbi Anthony grew up in South West London, in a family of committed progressive Jews. He studied English Literature at Cambridge University, where he began his involvement with the Masorti movement. He received semicha from Leo Baech College in 2022. Anthony currently works at New North London Synagogue, and as a hospital chaplain in Kingston. He lives in Stanmore with his wife, Abi, and two young daughters.
