Joel grew up in Kol Nefesh Masorti, where he remains a member today. Throughout his youth he was a participant then leader in Noam, the Masorti youth movement. After university he spent a year working for Noam as its Mazkir, which he considers the best job he’ll ever have. Joel is a member of the HR and strategy committees and holds the diversity portfolio. His main hobby is going for long walks and trying to remember what life was like before 2020.
