
Riki Williams has been part of Noam for 14 years and is now Mazkira. She spent six months in Israel on our Drachim gap year program and was a Rosh on Machane (camp) this past summer. Riki is the community worker for New North London Synagogue, New Essex Masorti, Manchester Or Zion and Kol Nefesh. She will be working on all our Israel programming; Israel Tour and Drachim (Israel Gap Year) and she is also one of the wizards behind our comms and digital outreach.
Lia Joffe has been part of Noam since Winter Camp in 2012. She spent nine months in Israel on Nativ with the Masorti-Conservative movement in 2022, has been a Madricha and a Rosh on Winter and Summer Camp, and led Nesiya in 2024. This year, Lia is the community worker for New London, Belsize Square and Oxford. She is also responsible for Club, Veida, Merkaz, and Kelim.
Ariela Silber has been part of Noam for 10 years, attending their first Noam Summer in 2015 as a Nevatim Aleph Chanichol. Since then, Ariela has been a keen madrichol, Sgan Rosh and Rakaz, and is extending their Noam journey into Movement Work in 5786. They are the community worker for Belsize, New Stoke Newington, SHEMA and The Havurah Synagogues this year. Ariela is working on Marom, Kaytana, Mind the Gap, and Masorti’s small community Bnei Mitzvah Programme.
Eden Berman is the Noam shlicha bringing Israeli culture, holidays, language and vibes from Israel to our Noam and Marom people. She builds Israel focused programmes for all age groups, including Marom university students.
