Leonie Fleischmann and Moira Hart, our Co-Chairs said “We have long admired Rachel’s commitment to Masorti Judaism. She has been at the centre of our movement’s success, developing young people through Noam, training our community leaders, and establishing new communities and innovative social action programmes. Her relationship-centred ethos and expertise in community- building makes her the perfect candidate to lead Masorti Judaism into the future.”

She is a founding member of the Havurah community, an experimental Masorti community looking at new ways to express authentic Judaism in new ways. Rachel’s current role is to develop Masorti communities and their leaders to build an exciting future for this movement.
