For the Sin of Unintentional Racism

Location: New North London Synagogue
Date: 11 February 2020, 8.15pm

With Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg. Using as our starting point the moment where “Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman he had married” (Numbers 12:1) we will look critically but constructively at what not to say, and work together to improve racial sensitivity in our community. People with thoughts on this subject are warmly invited to contact Rabbi Wittenberg beforehand and will be invited to participate in shaping this session.
